What we collect
NeatRow may collect information necessary to operate the app, such as store identifiers, app configuration, and export run metadata. If you enable destinations, we store the minimum configuration needed to deliver exports.
Export artifacts and retention
NeatRow stores export run history and (optionally) export artifacts for a retention period based on your plan tier. You can request deletion by contacting support.
How we use data
We use collected data to provide exports, scheduling, delivery tracking, diagnostics, and support. We do not sell your data.
