1. Service Agreement
NeatRow Exports is an embedded Shopify application provided by Solace Signal Labs. By installing or using NeatRow Exports, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Free Plan & Service Availability
NeatRow Exports is currently provided as a 100% free app on the Shopify App Store. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and reliable performance, the service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We reserve the right to modify service limits, features, or storage policies with reasonable notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use NeatRow Exports solely for legitimate store reporting and operational purposes. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer the application, bypass API rate limits, access unauthorized merchant data, or use the service in violation of Shopify Partner or Merchant policies.
4. Data Storage & File Lifespan
Export CSV files are stored temporarily in cloud object storage for up to 14 days following generation. Solace Signal Labs is not an archival cold-storage service; you are responsible for downloading and archiving your exported files.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solace Signal Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to access the service or exported files.
